The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve capital appreciation over each full market cycle. To achieve this objective, the Fund will gain exposure, directly or indirectly, to unleveraged portfolio of equity and equity-convertible securities and cash or cash equivalents. The Fund’s assets will consist primarily of equity or equity-convertible securities of non-US companies with perceived high growth potential. There are no restrictions on the capitalisation of companies whose securities the Fund may buy, but the investment strategy focuses on securities of smaller capitalisation companies.

David Mouser and Dan Burr

David Mouser is the lead portfolio manager for the VAM International Opportunities Fund. He has 22 years of investment experience. Mr Mouser joined Driehaus Capital Management in 1999 as a global research associate and domestic research assistant. He received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Dayton in 1999.


Mr Burr joined Driehaus in 2013 as a portfolio manager. He received his B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University in 2000. He also completed his MBA in 2006 with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
